Removing a poplar with decay at the crown union. A strong wind had snapped out one side of the tree. A winch line was placed in the tree to re balance the crowns weight distribution to aid in the direction of fall.

Repair to an existing dyke. The collapse was caused when a tree uprooted in high winds and the roots that were under the wall dislodged stones in the dyke.
Pictures taken during and just after building a retaining wall at Shiel Farm Alford. Existing stone from the wall and fields was mixed with dressed granite from old farm buildings and houses.
New dyke installs around mid Deeside. First property wooden posts and gates were supplied and installed. Second property the wall was built to incorporate old gates supplied by the home owner.
